As always, the staff at Dr. Brown’s office was amazing. They are friendly, helpful, and personable. My son recently had seven teeth pulled and was unafraid of the appointment because his past experiences with Dr. Brown’s office have always been positive. Dr. Brown and his staff always go above and beyond to put their customers’ needs first. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What is so amazing to me is that even though he has a lot of patients he still knows each and everyone of them like they are close friends. He will remember that you had a vacation or school function and when you see him at your next appointment down the road he will ask how it went. He also understands how hard it can be to pay for dental work, braces, etc., so his wonderful staff and him will work with you to make it affordable. Plus, he rewards for good dental hygiene, such as, movie tickets and many other things. And of course what other Orthodontist has a frozen yogurt machine in his office. The young woman who cleaned my teeth was very knowledgeable across the board regarding teeth and gums, was careful, gentle, caring, intelligent on many levels and a pleasure to interact with. The entire staff has always been kind, considerate, smiling (very important) genuine, sincere with obvious intent to do their very best. There is a feeling of being with a loving, caring family when i got for a dental appointment at Dr. Brown's office. Not USUALLY a big fan of the dentist, but with Dr. Brown and his GREAT staff, I am ALWAYS assured of top notch dental care!! Dr. Brown and staff explain everything to you before it happens and are always concerned with patients first!!! ONLY dentist I will go too!
